Beech Hill Lab puppys are born in my kitchen in a plastic swimming pool. They are exposed to everyday family life from day 1. At 3 weeks old they are moved to a bigger area in my house where they are exposed to adult dogs, people, and children. They learn to "potty" in shavings and literally become "litter box" trained. (Yes that's what I said I litter box train my puppies using cedar shavings.) At 6 weeks of age and Weather permitting the puppies are taken outside every day.
